Haydn Stewart is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years’ experience working in the business advisory industry for private companies and family groups. Haydn specialises in accounting, taxation, structuring advice, financial modelling and advisory services. He has worked with many clients in varying sectors including motor industry services, manufacturing, property development and construction and the professional service industry.

Jenny (Jing) Wang is a qualified CPA and experienced business owner with over 15 years in accounting, taxation, and business advisory. She is a trusted advisor to high net worth individuals, business migrants, and small-to-medium businesses. Jenny has a strong network within the Australian Chinese migration and business community and has worked across financial services, property and construction, retail, wholesale, and manufacturing—particularly in import/export businesses and compliance services for investment migrants.

Roger Fredrick is a Chartered Accountant and Major in the Army Reserve, with over 14 years’ experience in accounting, taxation and advisory for privately owned businesses (with revenues up to $300 million) and high-net-worth family groups. He works with clients across a range of industries, including professional services, medical and health, property and construction, retail, manufacturing and wholesale. Roger aspires to ignite passion and enthusiasm in private business owners and management teams. Known for his direct approach, he inspires clients to build profitable enterprises that make a meaningful impact in the communities they serve. His philosophy is: ‘If you want to go fast, go alone. Jun Lu is an asset manager specializing in the commercial property industry. With a strong background in business management, Jun possesses sound knowledge in operations, negotiation, and maintaining strong customer relationships. In addition to her client-focused work, Jun is actively involved in industry research and thought leadership, ensuring she remains at the forefront of market developments and investment trends. She leverages this knowledge to refine her investment strategies and offer valuable insights to her clients. Kelly Long brings extensive experience in customer service, operations, and corporate training. Starting her career in telecom technology, she progressed into leadership roles managing multiple teams. A certified DDI facilitator, Kelly is passionate about coaching others to reach their potential through structured, practical development frameworks. She currently oversees operations and the administrative team at Trident.

Ramon-Paolo Bautista is a skilled professional who brings a wealth of experience in the banking and finance sector. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science alongside a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Ramon places a strong emphasis on delivering bespoke financial advice that caters to the distinct needs of each individual. Paul Hockridge, the principal at Hockridge Advisory, a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor, has over 30 years specialist tax advisory experience.
For over 20 years he was a partner in Big 4 and second tier-chartered accounting firms and a multi-family office. Paul’s focus is on assisting high wealth families and private businesses and the accounting and law firms which advise them. Paul also provides litigation support services.
Paul is also a senior fellow in the Law School at the University of Melbourne, where he teaches in the Master’s program.

Anthony has been advising clients for more than 30 years. Anthony and his wife established “Anthony Chan & Associates” and has been the principal of this practice for the greater part of his accounting career. He continues to service his long-standing clients, and has adopted a role within Trident Financial Group as a strategic and business advisor for the key stakeholders of the group.

Kevin Zhu is a qualified CPA with expertise in taxation, accounting, and business advisory. His clients include business owners, high net worth individuals, property developers and medical professionals. Serena Zhao is an experienced accountant specialising in providing taxation, accounting and business advisory services to small to medium enterprises, business migrants and private individuals. Serena is bi-lingual and prides herself in providing excellent service to her clients by treating their business as if it were her own.

Ernie Thai is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in expatriate and employment taxes and global mobility management. Ernie specialises in providing expatriate and employment tax advisory and compliance services to multinational companies and private individuals. He has worked with many companies and individuals in the resources, engineering, manufacturing, automotive, retail, food & beverage, and academic sectors.

Samuel is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of experience in small business and self-managed super fund compliance, management reporting and investment fund administration and compliance.

In addition to his expertise in tax compliance, Samuel has a proficient understanding of the financial requirements of churches and not-for-profit organisations. He has served as a Board Director of Youth Dimension for over 2 years which has provided him with valuable insights into the unique financial and regulatory needs of faith-based and charitable entities.
